Dental Insight provides marketing strategy, campaign management, website, reporting, and related services as described in the applicable proposal or statement of work.
Payment
Fees, billing cadence, advertising budgets, and payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Advertising costs charged by third-party platforms, including Google, are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, access to the accounts and materials needed to perform the services, and any legally required permissions for content you provide.
Term and termination
Either party may end the engagement according to the notice terms in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Amounts due for services performed and approved expenses remain payable through the effective termination date.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside Dental Insight’s control. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, appointments, revenue, ranking, or return on advertising spend. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Insight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the engagement. Once all amounts due are paid, the client may use final deliverables created specifically for it, subject to any third-party licenses and platform terms.
General
These terms and the applicable proposal or statement of work form the agreement between the parties. If they conflict, the signed proposal or statement of work controls for the specific service. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
